Terms & Conditions

An order is confirmed once payment has cleared. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error is identified before dispatch.

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment.

Custom production begins once artwork and sizing are approved in writing. Approved custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.

We photograph products as accurately as possible. Screen calibration may cause slight colour variation, and fabric batches can differ marginally in tone.

The C&C Designs name, logo, artwork and site content remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
