Shipping Policy
Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–3 working days. Custom and team orders follow the lead time quoted at order confirmation.
Delivery times
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–3 working days
- Regional towns: 3–4 working days
- Outlying and farm areas: 4–6 working days
Shipping costs
Flat-rate national courier shipping is calculated at checkout. Free delivery applies to qualifying order values shown in the cart before payment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected. Someone must be available to sign at the delivery address during business hours.
International orders
We currently ship within South Africa. For cross-border or bulk export enquiries, contact us directly and we will quote per shipment.
